Service Terms

1. Our service

Nano Solar Clean LLC cleans residential solar panels, gutters and windows in Orange County, California. For solar panels, we use purified (deionized) water and soft brushes, with no pressure washing and no soap. After each job, we send you before-and-after photos.

2. Estimates and final price

• The online estimator gives an estimate for solar panel cleaning, not a final price. It uses our published pricing: $10 per panel with a $100 minimum visit, plus extras when they apply (a flat $25 for two-story or steep access, and the optional Nano Upgrade at $10 per panel). Bird droppings and salt buildup removal are included in every solar panel cleaning.
• We confirm the final price at a free walkthrough before any work starts. If the panel count or roof access is different from what the estimate assumed, we'll tell you the new price and you decide whether to go ahead.
• Systems with 36 or more panels get a custom quote.
• Gutters don't have a published price. We quote after a quick look at your home, in person or by satellite, and you approve the price before we start.
• Windows: exterior-only cleaning is $5 per window. Inside-and-out cleaning is quoted after a quick look, and someone needs to be home for inside windows.

3. Discounts and offers

• 15% off your first solar panel cleaning: for new customers only, once per home. It applies to solar panel cleaning only. It doesn't apply to gutter cleaning, window cleaning, or the Nano Upgrade. It's a limited-time launch offer with no fixed end date; we may end it at any time, and bookings made before it ends keep it.
• Twice-a-year plan (solar panels): 10% off each cleaning, with no contract. Cancel anytime by call, text, or email, with no fee. The plan's 10% doesn't stack with the 15% first-clean discount: your first cleaning gets the 15%, and the plan's 10% starts from your second cleaning.
• $20 referral credit: you get a $20 credit on your next cleaning once the neighbor you referred completes and pays for their first cleaning. There's no limit on referrals. Credits have no cash value and can be combined with other offers.

4. Scheduling, rescheduling & cancelling

• We'll confirm your appointment by call, text, or email.
• To cancel or reschedule, please give us 24 hours' notice. There's no late-cancel fee.
• Weather: reschedules because of rain, high wind, or unsafe roof conditions are always free, and we'll reach out to rebook.

5. Access

• Please give us access to your panels and to an outdoor water spigot.
• Unlock any gates, share gate codes, and keep pets inside while we work.
• If you notice any issue after a cleaning, tell us within 7 days. We have before-and-after photos from every job to help sort it out.

6. Our make-it-right policy

This policy applies to solar panel cleaning. If you're not happy with the cleaning, tell us within 7 days and we'll come back and re-clean the affected panels for free. If a re-clean doesn't fix it, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

7. The Nano Upgrade

The Nano Upgrade is an optional protective coating applied after cleaning, at $10 per panel. It's designed to help dust, dirt, and salt rinse off more easily, and it lasts several months to over a year depending on conditions.

Check your panel manufacturer's warranty terms before adding any coating; we're happy to help you look.

8. What cleaning can and can't do

• Cleaning removes dirt from the glass. We can't promise any specific increase in how much power your system produces, because output depends on many things beyond clean glass.
• We're not solar installers or electricians. We don't inspect, repair, or service the electrical parts of your system. If we notice something that looks damaged or unusual, we'll let you know, but that isn't a system inspection.

9. Payment

Payment is due when the job is complete.

10. Job photos

We take before-and-after photos of the work on every job, and we may use them in our marketing. We photograph panels, gutters and windows, not people. We crop out house numbers and never post your address. You can opt out anytime, before or after the job, by telling us, and we'll remove any of your photos we've already posted.

11. Everything else

• Changes: we may update these terms. The version posted on this page on the day you book applies to that job.
