Solar panel cleaning in Newport Beach

We clean solar panels across Newport Beach, including homes in Eastbluff, Bonita Canyon and Corona del Mar. We're just up the coast in Huntington Beach, and every cleaning gets pure deionized water, soft brushes, a spot-free finish, and before-and-after photos of your own roof.

What Newport Beach does to solar panels

Newport homes sit between the ocean, the harbor and the Back Bay, so salt reaches almost every roof in the city.

  • Ocean and harbor spray. Homes on the bluffs in Corona del Mar get salt straight off the water. Over a few months it dries into a haze you can see when the sun hits the glass at an angle.
  • The Back Bay. Eastbluff and the neighborhoods around Upper Newport Bay get moist air and birds from the estuary, which means film and droppings.
  • Dust from the hills and roads. Bonita Canyon and the homes near Jamboree and the 73 pick up road dust and dry-season grit, especially during Santa Ana winds.
  • Tile roofs. A lot of Newport homes have tile roofs. We're careful walking on them, and many arrays can be cleaned from the ground with a water-fed pole so we stay off the tile.

Newport Beach FAQ

Do you work with HOAs?

Yes. If your community has rules about access, ladders or work hours, tell us when you book and we'll schedule around them.

Can you clean panels on a tile roof without damaging it?

Yes. We use a water-fed pole from the ground whenever the array is reachable. When we do need the roof, we step carefully and use fall protection.

How often should Newport homes be cleaned?

Twice a year is a good rhythm near the water. Homes right on the bluffs or the harbor may notice haze sooner.

Is the Nano Upgrade worth it near the ocean?

It's optional. It's a protective coating that makes salt and dust bead up and roll off more easily, so panels stay cleaner between visits. It's $10 per panel.

Do I need to be home?

No. We confirm access when we book and send your before-and-after photos when we're done.
