Why deionized water for solar panels?
Deionized water has the minerals stripped out, so it pulls dirt off the glass and dries without leaving spots or residue. Soap and tap water can leave a film that attracts dust faster.
Do you go on the roof?
When the system needs it. Many single-story arrays can be cleaned from the ground with a water-fed pole. For two-story or steep roofs, we go up with a harness and proper fall protection.
Are you insured?
Yes. Nano Solar Clean LLC is fully insured.
Do I need to be home?
For solar panels, gutters and exterior-only windows, usually not. We confirm access and timing when we book, then send your before-and-after photos when we're done. For inside windows, someone needs to be home to let us in. If you're home for any job, we'll do a quick walkthrough together.
What does the Nano Upgrade actually do?
It's a protective coating for solar panels designed to help the glass shed dust, dirt and salt more easily, so panels can stay cleaner between visits. It lasts several months to over a year depending on conditions. It's $10 per panel and always optional. Check your panel manufacturer's warranty terms before adding any coating; we're happy to help you look.
Is there a referral deal?
